Trapground ("we") is an independent editorial outlet covering hip-hop, trap and underground music, accessible at www.trapground.com.br. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
By browsing the site, you agree to the practices described in this document. If you do not agree, we recommend not using the site.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the minimum necessary to operate and improve Trapground:
- Browsing data: pages visited, time on site, device type, browser and operating system, collected in aggregated and anonymous form.
- Newsletter data: the email address you voluntarily provide when subscribing.
- Last.fm username: when you use Semaninha, you provide a public Last.fm username to generate the collage — we do not collect your password or access private data.
- Cookies and identifiers: described in the cookies section below.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (racial origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, health, among others).
3. How we use data
- Operate, maintain and improve the site and its features.
- Understand how content is consumed (aggregated audience analysis).
- Send the newsletter when you opt in to receive it.
- Generate the Semaninha collage from the Last.fm username you provide.
- Display relevant advertising through partners such as Google AdSense.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Google AdSense and advertising
We use Google AdSense to display ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other sites.

6. Google Analytics (GA4)

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with providers necessary to operate the site (Google, Vercel, Supabase and Last.fm), always limited to the described purpose, or when required by law.

10. Security and retention
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. API keys and secrets are handled exclusively on the server, never exposed in the browser. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described.

Trapground is not directed at children under 13 and we do not intentionally collect data from that age group. If we identify such data, it will be removed.
